When does poverty end.

Did you know that, “as of 2021, 1.3 billion people suffer from poverty world wide? ‘ “  Why is it that, people work 40hrs, 7 days a week and still seem to fall below the poverty line. We live in such a well resourced world, especially in well developed countries, why don’t they help those less developed countries, with reallocation of resources. Helping smaller countries, with modernization and growing should be a human right.                                                                    The Digital Artist .     There are many consequences of resources not being equitably distributed. This is a direct violation of, refusing to help. The UDHR says that equal freedom, but “First world countries” have more than enough resources, we choose to keep them. So many countries are falling behind due to “Political Suicde” “Military Coups” and “Assassinations”.  We can help, looking back at the OXFAM foreign aid guide, we can see what comes out of helping those smaller countries. Classroom Sounds 🎼

Hello welcome to my blog,. We were working on designing a classroom, but making sure it still abided by the covid regulations. We went to the Sonic Pavilion Festival to see how sound can effect an environment. We listened to several pieces of music, one thing that stuck out to me was Sonorous Admittings by, Kioto Aoki. The things that stuck out to me was the drums, it made me think of all the woman who break the glass ceilings.  It made me think about the many different places that we learn. As humans were adapted to learning in one central space in one stationary position. What I learned is that you don’t need a classroom to learn, you can learn in any environment. Wether it be in a field or on the train your still learning and adapting to your surroundings. We take what we learn in the outside world and apply it to school. It doesn’t mean that we’re stuck on one thing life teaches us to be happy, life teaches us to have social skills and so much more. It doesn’t depend on the space

Classroom 2.0

Welcome to my blog! Our AP was to design our classroom. Here's how it went.     We started by brainstorming ideas of how to make our classroom better and to make it more functional but also keeping in mind that we are in uncertain times.  We also brainstormed ideas for "Classroom Rules". I came up with a few ideas such as, getting plants and repurpose a book shelf and turn it into a planter box. I also came up with the idea of making an aquaponics system not only would it be a closed system it would open our options to grow things, and taking care of things.      The reason why the aquaponics system is so dear to me is because in the 8th grade, I built my own! I'm taking my critical thinking skills and putting them to good use. The aquaponics system would serve as a serine place of peace because its showing the life cycle of plants, and fish of course.     We also had an agreement for the guidelines of what the classroom should look like, we should model excellence.
